Women who are able to successfully balance the demands of work, family and their own personal needs always amaze Sherri Lee. And during her 17 years of experience in the banking industry, Sherri has helped many of these women succeed in the business world.

“It is encouraging to see so many women business owners and leaders in Hawaii and women who play an integral role in a multitude of organizations,” says Sherri. “As of 2006, 45% of all privately-held businesses in the state are women-owned.”

As a Senior Commercial Banker, Sherri is committed to developing a partnership with her clients. She enjoys meeting her clients, getting to know them better, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

“Often, women face difficult obstacles and challenges in the business community,” says Sherri. “I want to make sure they are aware of the different ways we can help them. We offer a variety of products and services. Sometimes I sit down with clients and brainstorm. We throw out ideas. It can be difficult for a woman to balance work, family and a personal life. But the potential for women in business is truly unlimited.”
