* Higher interest rate and Annual Percentage Yield (APY) will be paid on balances up to $25,000 and Central Pacific Bank will reimburse you up to $3 per transaction for any ATM surcharge incurred on your Choice Checking account nationwide, up to $20 per month, if your account meets the required transactions during the calendar month: at least 15 Central Pacific Bank Visa® CheckCard purchases, one automatic payment, one direct deposit, and enrollment and login to Central Pacific Bank's Online Banking. Balances over $25,000 and accounts that do not meet the required transactions during the calendar month will earn a lower rate. Rates are variable and subject to change at any time after the account is opened. Minimum deposit of $100 required to open a Choice Checking for Sole Proprietors account; thereafter a $500 minimum daily balance required and subject to a monthly service fee if daily minimum balance is not met. To qualify, you must provide and maintain a valid e-mail address. Check Safekeeping service is required and will be automatically converted to e-statements (online statements) when available.
